PROGRAM REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Offering a range of "No Hassle" Options!

* The CRPR Board has authorized that for 7 days after a program is open for registrations, Internet registrations will be accepted for up to 50% of the total capacity of each program - so as to provide opportunities for those registering via phone, fax, mail, drop-box or counter service. After 7 days, all methods of registration are open and encouraged; Internet registrations are accepted without restriction.

SUMMER 2013

• Sunday, Apr. 28 - Active Guide Distribution - Internet, Fax, Mail & Drop-Box Registration Opens
• Monday, Apr. 29 - Phone & Counter Service Registration Opens
• Friday, Feb. 1 - Summer Camp Registration Opened.

FALL 2013

YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP INFO.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Most programs have limited enrollment. Registrations are accepted on a "first-paid, space available" basis.
2. How to read Program Fees:
        Resident Fee (R): For residents of State College Borough & the Twps. of College, Ferguson, Harris &
         Patton. Proof of residency may be required.
        Nonresident Fee (N): For residents of all other municipalities.
   
3. No registrations or payments can be accepted by CRPR instructors.
   
4. CRPR reserves the right to adjust program meeting schedules pending weather conditions and facility availability.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

• If a refund request is made at least 7 calendar days prior to the start of the program, a full refund (less a $5 processing fee and any Convenience Fee paid at registration) will be provided for the program.
• If a refund request is due to injury or illness after a program starts, a prorated refund will be provided (less any Convenience Fee paid at registration). A doctor's excuse may be required.
• If a program or class is canceled by CRPR, a prorated refund or credit will be provided. Any Convenience Fee paid by the customer will be fully refunded.
  

CANCELATION INFORMATION

• CRPR maintains an answering machine for cancellation info at 231-3071 after office hours.
• News bulletins regarding cancelations will also be listed on Cable TV Channel 4 and the Message Board on the CRPR website.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

• Registrants participate in CRPR programs at their own risk.
• Centre Regional Recreation Authority does not carry accidental injury  insurance to cover medical costs of persons accidentally injured during the course of participating in CRPR programs.
• CRPR makes every effort to conduct programs under the safest conditions. Some programs involve strenuous physical activity. Participants should consult their doctor before entering a program.
• Photographs, digital pictures or videotape of program participants & spectators may be taken and used for program publicity.

2013 Summer Day Camp Policies and Information

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

• Registration receipts (paper or electronic) will include additional details specific to each camp.
• A 2013 Health & Safety Form (PDF) is required for each camper.

DAY CAMP REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY (for all camps)

• Program fees may not be prorated, refunded or credited based upon attendance.
• A $5 processing fee will be charged for each week that is cancelled.
• If a refund request is made 7 calendar days or more before the first day of the camp session, a full refund (less the $5 admin processing fee) will be provided for the camp.
• If a refund request is made less than 7 calendar days before the first day of camp, a full refund (less the $5 admin processing fee) will be provided for the camp ONLY if a participant from the waitlist can be placed in the reserved slot.  If no replacement is found, no refund is provided.
• Transfers from one week to another or from one CRPR camp to another will only be made if an opening exists and a transfer request is received at the CRPR office at least 7 calendar days prior to the start of the earliest week. A $5.00 Camp Transfer Fee will be charged (per child) for each session transfer.
• Camp registrations are not transferable to another individual

2013 DAY CAMP PAYMENT PLAN (available only for Wee KidVenture and KidVenture Camps)

Payment in full for at least the first two weeks per child is due at the time of registration. Payment deadlines for subsequent weeks are listed below and payments must be made according to the schedule below. Registrants with an outstanding balance may not participate in the program. The agency may cancel camper registrations if the payments are not made as scheduled below.

• Weeks 1 & 2 at the time of registration
• Weeks 3 & 4 paid in full by 5 PM on Friday, May 10
• Weeks 5 & 6 paid in full by 5 PM on Friday, June 7
• Weeks 7 & 8 paid in full by 5 PM on Friday, July 12
